論文題目:超精密光學元件先進製造關鍵算法與工藝研究
研究背景
超精密光學元件在天文望遠鏡🧎♀️、空間相機🙇🏼、光刻鏡頭👃🏿、激光點火等多個領域都有著十分重要的應用💷,是精密光學系統的基本元器件,然而在這類硬脆光學材料的超精密製造還存在一些基本理論難題,以及需要一些新的方法、算法來改進加工質量、提高加工效率🚔。本學位論文圍繞超精密光學元件,特別是大口徑光學非球面鏡的超精密加工及檢測技術展開深入研究。
研究內容
重點圍繞超精密光學元件👯♀️,特別是大口徑光學非球面鏡的超精密加工及檢測技術展開深入研究👼🏽, 主要內容包含
(1) 針對大口徑非球面鏡計算機控製表面成形技術的關鍵科學與工程技術問題,從基礎研究入手👮🏿♂️,探索不同關鍵加工工藝以及核心優化算法🦹,先後提出了先進光學製造駐留時間計算的數值化算法、 一種駐留時間矩陣技術算法🤹🏻、 駐留時間優化補償技術等方法。(2) 針對光學材料在磨削和研磨過程中, 光學元件亞表面損傷的產生機理㊗️、加工工藝參數與亞表面損傷的內在關系、亞表面損傷的抑製策略、亞表面損傷的測量和表征方法進行了深入探討🧗🏻♀️🪽, 成功建立了高精度光學元件銑磨亞表面損傷預測模型, 可以有效抑製銑磨亞表面損失🧑🏻, 大幅度提高加工效率🌖。(3) 針對大口徑非球面鏡高精度輪廓測量技術做了詳細的研究🚀,創造性地構建出高精度輪廓測量技術中失調量誤差補償算法、基於子孔徑拼接的大口徑輪廓儀誤差標定算法等🙅🏻♂️,在2米級高精度輪廓儀中得到良好應用。(4) 建立和發展了固著磨料加工超硬陶瓷工藝、駐留時間執行誤差補償工藝、亞表面損傷測量與控製工藝、 超精密加工去除函數工藝數據庫等。
